This week`s member update comes from Junior Michael Robinson, Director of Finance for the MIS Club.
During the summer break I have had a full-time job at School Specialty Warehouse, in Salina, KS. School Specialty is an education company serving the preschool-12th grade market with supplemental learning products, school furniture, children`s publishing and specialized buying services. Salina`s warehouse is just one of many that ships across the whole United States, and even into Canada. My job is to drive a forklift around the warehouse and pick bulk products, like boxes of computer paper, and drop a pallet load off at the shipping dock where it is manafested and sent out by either frieght, or UPS.
Other then working, I have been hanging out with friends and my girlfriend, playing games on the computer, and occasionally making the trip to Manhattan to visit the people I don`t get to see very often. | | back | |
